Ryan was born and raised in Bakersfield, CA. Ryan has an undergraduate degree from Westmont College and a graduate degree from California State University Bakersfield in Health Care Administration. Before his appointment as Executive Director of the West Side Health Care District, Ryan served the District as the Director of Clinical Operations for 3 years where he managed the day-to-day operations and revenue cycle of the District’s Rural Health Clinic – West Side Family Health Care. As the Executive Director, Ryan is responsible for District and Clinic Operations, strategic planning, insurance and provider contracts, regulatory compliance, and District’s fixed and financial assets. Ryan is married to Brittany and together they have three children Emery, Everett, and Eleanor.
